STEP-BY-STEP

1- Preliminary Inspection

There is no cost to you for this first stage in most cases (some fees may apply depending on the scope of the project and how remote the site is). 2- Technical Studies

• Forest assessment

3- Design
Being development professionals, we know it is essential to start at the drafting table before launching a project of this nature. Accordingly, a detailed plan of the future AAP will have to be drawn up before going on to the following stages.

Criteria considered at the design stage:

• Technical studies
• Desired courses and their challenge level
• Conditions and intensity of use
• Supports in existence and/or to be built
• Environment (such as environmental standards, scenery, and surroundings)

4- Implementation Plan
The implementation plan will determine how the courses will be installed and will specify all the technical data required for construction to proceed smoothly. This document will identify the constraints related to size that were taken into account at the previous stage. It will also establish the installation criteria and will specify the materials to be used based on factors such as resis-tance, aesthetics, and durability. The implementation plan will be the primary reference tool dor the jobsite project manager and his team.

5- Installation of AAP
Since the installation of an aerial adventure park is a project that must adhere to strict safety strandards, the IPE essentials at the installation stage will be realized by specialized technicians. 6- Master Report
Before delivering the AAP to the operator, ACROBRANCHE compiles all the documentation produced throughout the development stage together with the operating specifications for the particular site. This will include, for instance :

• Characteristics of the apparatus
• Methods for inspection of supports

7- Training of Instructors
AAP operators have a “duty of security” and are therefore required to ensure the safety of instructors (employees) and users. The instructors must be trained to instruct users about the IPE and the safety guidelines to be followed. ACROBRANCHE can help you satify this obligation by providing appropriate training.

Properly trained instructors will be able to:

• Inform users about the abilities required
• Inspect the condition and compliance of the IPE
• Fit the users with the IPE and check it for safety
• Instruct users how the apparatus words
• Supervise and guide the users

8- Maintenance
APP facilities must be maintained on a regular basis. Although the structures are designed and built to last, normal use will nevertheless dictate a need to tighten or replace worn or defective components. 9- Periodic Inspections
This service is the foundation for the maintenance and upkeep of an aerial adventure park. • Instructions for each tupe of apparatus
• Welcoming sign (regulations, safety guidelines overall site plan)
• Arrows to guide users through the various courses
